This service is designed to look after your home when it is empty, either between tenancies or when you leave, if tenants have not
already been found. We visit the property once a week and check heating and security. This gives landlords further

The Buy-to-Let scheme gives
 prospective landlords the opportunity to invest in property without being penalised by
mortgage surcharges or paying commercial rates of interest. We are happy to supply further details of this scheme and to offer free
advice about the letting potential of individual properties. Indeed, we would encourage landlords to take such advice before investing.
