Legal Protection Insurance

Legal expenses will be paid to settle disputes over:

• unpaid rent,
• damage caused to the property
• obtaining vacant possession of the property. (If the landlord is unable to gain possession of the property when he needs it, the policy will pay up to £50 per day for up to 30 days, towards the cost of hotels or alternative accommodation)
